SALT HUKUK  provides consultancy services to domestic and foreign investors within the scope of privatization of public institutions. At the beginning of the privatization process, due diligence is made for the subject company and investors are informed about the potential risks.

· Providing legal consultancy services to its clients on procurement of goods and services subject to Law No. 4734, construction works tenders and consultancy tenders, examination of tender documents and conditions, appealing against prohibition decisions from public tenders and filing applications to Public Procurement Authority

· Providing legal consultancy services to the client companies during all the processes of the privatization tenders, preparing and inspecting the tender documents

· Negotiating with public authorities and private companies

· Participation in public tenders and privatizations and examination of qualification requirements and making relevant legal recommendations

· Preparation of the necessary contracts and legal assessments for the companies to participate in public tenders as a consortium or business partnership

· Examination of the assets of the companies within the scope of privatization, preparation of legal risk and due diligence reports

· Negotiating and revising investment agreements and transfer contracts for privatization
