Protection of personal data is a right that individuals have against unauthorized use of their data by another person or organization. With the adoption of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) these obligations concern the IT and human resources departments of companies.

In order to ensure compliance with KVKK, SALT HUKUK provides the following services to its clients;

· Determination and analysis of the obligations of clients under KVKK

· Providing the necessary cooperation with IT departments during the establishment of the data recording systems which the clients should use in order to fulfill the related obligations and providing the necessary support for the harmonization of the data recording systems currently in use with the obligations under KVKK

· Preparing and / or revising the contracts that the clients must conclude with their customers or business partners within the scope of KVKK

· Providing internal awareness trainings to all relevant departments within the Data Officer (law, HR, IT, marketing, public relations, etc.) to ensure full compliance with the obligations under KVKK
